Teacher - Business/Legal Studies/Humanities, Rothwell Campus

MDÍø±¬ÃÅ invites applicants who will contribute to our Christian ethos to teach in our Business/Legal Studies/Humanities Department and improve student learning within this area, with specialist skills and abilities in the subject area.

About You

This position would suit someone with a commitment to the ethos, Christian values and teachings of the College. The suitable candidate will also have:
>Demonstrated ability to teach Year 11 and 12 QCAA Business and/or Business Studies syllabuses
>Demonstrated ability to teach Year 8 – 12 any combination of Business Education subjects like Business, Business Studies, Economics, Legal Studies, Accounting      and/or Certificate III in Business, desirable
>Accredited teacher with Lutheran Education Australia, desirable
>Accredited teacher with Industry experiences, desirable
>Willingness to assist with student holistic care (GEL – Grow, Empower, Learn), Pastoral Care lessons, Chapel supervision, Inter-School sporting teams or      recreational activities
>Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary curriculum issues in education
>Ability to teach in another area could be an advantage
>Awareness of National curriculum imperatives.
